We currently have 2 options, MYOB and Xero. You can choose whichever option would best suit your business and your personal needs.

Post or email

You may choose how you want to digitise your receipts, invoices, bank statements etc. Send us the documents by post or email. If you send them by post, we will scan all documents and mail the originals back to you. You may send us your documents on a weekly or monthly basis, or at any frequency you deem necessary.

Sharing the workload

You can either transfer your current MYOB licence to us, or we can set up to store your current MYOB file on secured cloud storage that we will both have access to enter invoices. If you choose us to share your workload, you will have to specify the times at which oBooks can access MYOB. If it is Xero, there is no such issue.
